Cause & Effect?

No Way, ESEA!
School-Based Clinics and the Womb-To-Tomb ESEA Agenda

COMMENT FROM MEMBER OF 3D RESEARCH GROUP: "The ESEA rewrite will nationalize this agenda and with other "child rights" likely without parental consent. Wraparound services.  Our children treated like animals, spayed. This is about IUD's for teens!"

This comment was made after reading the following report: "A Pregnancy Prevention Breakthrough," by Christine Vestal, 2/12/15, published by the PEW Charitable Trusts which has long supported the school-based clinic agenda. This article is touting an IUD experiment in Colorado.

Recall that IUDs work by preventing the implantation of a fertilized egg into the uterine wall; in other words, it acts as an abortifacient. Furthermore, IUDs do not provide women with so-called "safe sex" since it provides them zero protection for venereal diseases. Nevertheless, this controversial so-called "family planning" method is still being touted:

A Boost from the Affordable Care Act
A provision in the Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to cover the cost of all contraceptive devices approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Medicaid also must cover FDA-approved birth control. So far, though, insurance companies are not consistently complying with the ACA provision and states aren’t rigorously enforcing it. Until they do, and even after that, physician practices with tight cash flow may not be willing or able to keep an adequate supply of the devices on hand.

Dr. Larry Wolk, Colorado’s chief public health medical officer, said training providers on the importance of giving women a full range of contraceptive choices has been key to the program’s success. Once physicians understand the relative effectiveness of LARCs and learn how to explain the pros and cons to their patients, they’re immediately onboard, he said.

Colorado used its grant money to train health care professionals and supply contraceptive devices in all 65 of the state's Title X family planning clinics, which are state- and federally subsidized health clinics for low-income women. These clinics are located in local public health departments, hospitals, community health centers and nonprofit clinics across the state, some of which are in or near public high schools.

This language "in or near public high schools" is vintage school-based clinic language bill from out of the late 1980s. This was originally openly a Planned Parenthood sponsored agenda to put "health" clinics that would be referrals for abortion clinics INSIDE of local schools. This pro-abortion agenda eventually morphed into the entire "Womb to Tomb" school-of-the-hub that would offer an array of social services and health care.

This is just one example of the controversial contents of the Reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, now called the Every Child Ready for College or Career Act of 2015 sponsored by Sen. Lamar Alexander and on being rushed through on an incredibly fast track in Washington. Read: What Does ObamaCare Have to Do With the ESEA Reauthorization?

So what caused America to get to this point? In my book the deliberate dumbing down of america (pages 279-280) there is a report about a 1991 article "Seniors' Church Attendance" in an issue of Education Week, of all places. The central premise of the article was summed up in the following quote:
High school seniors in 1990 were much less interested in, and involved with, organized religion than were their counterparts in the 1970’s, according to data compiled by the Institute for Social Research (ISR) at the University of Michigan.
The Institute for Social Research (ISR) is, interestingly enough, the same institute that was involved in Ronald Havelock’s The Change Agents’ Guide to Innovation in Education which instructed educators how to “identify resisters” and how to sneak controversial sex, drug and death education into curriculum despite parental objections. The article reveals that the schools were highly successful in their efforts to indoctrinate students in non-absolutist, humanistic values. It should come as no surprise that the average American in 1991, subjected to values clarification in the schools of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, is non-judgmental regarding immoral behavior. For example: in 1999 President Clinton, according to the polls, retained the confidence of 60–75% of the American people during his investigation and even after his impeachment trial revealed flagrant immoral activity.

So it is any wonder that we are WAY worse off now? And WAY further along in this creeping evil agenda to destroy marriage and families?
